Golden Horse Digital Investment Bank is a full-fledged licenced and operational Digital Bank of Malaysia. Licenced by Labuan Financial Services Authority (Licence number: 210136BI) which allows Golden Horse Digital Investment Bank to offer services such as project investment, credit finance, and trade finance.
Project Investment
Necessary investments into a project are made if a project appears to be feasible and economically effective. We will promote potential projects and customers can carry out their own feasibility study to justify the project and estimate financial resources necessary for the project.
GHUSD
Golden Horse Digital Investment Bank plans to launch GHUSD, a decentralized stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US Dollar, backed by reserves held by the bank. These reserves consist of highly liquid assets, including cash, stocks, shares, and/or bonds, as well as real estate properties that are free of debt and ready for sale. Both Golden Horse Digital Investment Bank and its reserves will undergo audits by UHY Chartered Accountants. GHUSD will operate across multiple blockchains, including Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and the Tron Network.
Credit Financing
Golden Horse Digital Investment Bank offers a broad range of credit facilities to underserved markets across multiple strategies which include term loan, working capital loan, bridging facility, development financing, and structured financing.
Trade Finance
Golden Horse Digital Investment Bank offers its expertise and provides clients with the best solution to their unique needs in the trade credit finance. This involved providing issuance of, but not limited to: Bank Guarantee (BG), Letter of Credit (LC), Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC), and Proof of Fund (POF).
