Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew, the founder of Golden Horse Digital Investment Bank, announced that he received approval from the Labuan Financial Services Authority to set up offices in other countries in order to expand into international markets.

Golden Horse Digital Investment Bank has set up its headquarters in Labuan and Marketing office in Selangor. Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew and the bank’s management were invited by Huawei Malaysia to visit Huawei Customer Solution Innovation Center in Kuala Lumpur. Roy Hu, the Director of Huawei Malaysia Cloud Business Development, introduced the smart city and digital bank concept developed by Huawei.
“It was a very meaningful visit. Both Golden Horse Digital Bank and Huawei have discussed future collaboration in digital finance, including cooperating in the Labuan International Financial Center’s digital transformation plan in Malaysia.” Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew said.
